My name is Matthew Bentley. I’m a student of leadership and a leadership coach.

My mission is to develop and suport world-class leaders — because leadership, when grounded in character, is one of the most powerful forces for good in the world.

I work with aspiring, emerging, and experienced leaders, to help them lead with greater clarity, wisdom, and purpose — beginning with the hardest and most important task of all: learning to lead themselves.

Based on that, I’ll propose a personalized plan with several flexible options to suit your needs. Our work together may unfold in-person or virtually, over short bursts or longer-term engagements, depending entirely on what you need.
